Block 3 Didactic School

My group and I have prepared a workshop to be done after a museum visit, it works with the creativity of children and their capacity to express themselves and to share with others. It is thought to be carried out after a visit to Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona. Introduction activity: Go to the beach or the mountain and take some elements of the nature (rocks, plants, shells…) that they will later use for both sculpture and painting. Painting activity: We will make 4 groups and each of them will have to share how Miró's work inspires them and decide what final result they want to obtain in the mural. When they have the idea decided each group will have to make their mural using paint and some of the elements they have taken in their trip. Sculpture activity: Each student will make a clay sculpture about an abstract character that does not exist in real life, they can also paste the elements they have found. While it is still wet, they can also paste fabrics and rope (to make marks)
