Commentary about "Àngels Margarit / cia.MUDANCES - FlexelF" Performance BODY ART

This video is a compilation of shows that 4 women have done. It is about body arts. I have chosen this example, because in few videos it clearly demonstrates what is body art about. They create forms, dances, emotions, stories, etc. through their body, their movements and facial expressions. I would highlight the importance of every part of the body and how it moves in each second. A wide range of things can be shown or expressed.

For me, this kind of art is very attractive, you have to pay attention to the whole scene to follow it. Normally, the artist who works in this do not speak, well, they speak through their body. 

An important aspect to keep in mind from body art is the importance of the clothes, in the video they use it as another tool to exploit. Also, the colours are important.

I have noticed that these women use very few objects, they use their body as much as they can and all they need is that. One of the few things that they use is a rope, a very small and basic thing.
