Commentary about "Proyector 2020" Performance VISUAL ART

The video is about a video art festival. We can see the installations, performances and videos and also some explanations of people involved and the artists. 

They deal with politics and social issues, different topics are involved in "Proyector 2022", such as God, different feminisms, death, tourism, mass...

Some of the works presented include sound, others don't.

I would like to highlight  "A vuelta con los relatos. Feminismo, feminismos y otras sumas" Sala El Águila. It talks about Part 3: "La niñas". The artist in charge called the exhibition "A Godly Tale". It consists of a group of girls who go through different selected paintings, giving their point of view. The first one, for example, is a picture where a man is showen above women, they criticize this position of men, the different ways of representing it (rough, taller, superiority...).

The important part of this video, for me, is to see that visual arts are very present in our life and they are also a huge way of communicating. With them, as with all types of arts, you can share emotions, represent a problem or utopia, criticize, raise awareness on the spectators and much more.
