School Museum depts.

Museums are an extremely strong tool in education. I looked into the relation that museums from Catalonia have with education (Education Department) and there is a very clear explanation of how they are used to promote education and culture.

It says that for the museums education is one of the main objectives and that they have to include innovative ways of learning (one example could be the immersive experiences or activities that Caixaforum offers as commented and personalised visits). 

Following this line, the department also says that museums have to offer learning activities and opportunities for all kinds of public, we can see examples of it in all of them but I would highlight that Fundació Joan Miró, as it has a lot of demand of children and schools, has a wide range of activities and workshops for them.

I think that everyone can remember at least once going to a museum with the school, it is an objective of them too, to have a link school-museum to take profit of all that they provide. And also to have a formative face for the universities.
